At Coastal Clearing & Debris, we take lots the way we find them: wooded, overgrown, or with a structure on it that needs to come down and get hauled off. Land clearing, site prep, demolition, grading, driveways, excavation, bush-hogging and hauling. Whatever stands between the lot as it is and what you’re trying to do with it, we’ll get it out of your way.
Demolition
Houses, mobile homes, sheds, slabs and pilings. Torn down, separated, loaded out and hauled off — the lot handed back clean rather than full of somebody else’s mess.
Grading
Yards, pads and drives brought to grade and pitched to move water where it should go. Coastal lots are flat and sandy. Where the water goes is decided here.
Gravel Driveways
New drives cut in, base shaped, stone laid and rolled. Existing drives regraded, potholes repaired, like brand new.
Excavation
Footings, ditches, drainage, ponds, stump holes and general dirt work. If it needs to come out of the ground or go back in it, the excavator handles it.
Bush-Hogging
Overgrown lots, fence lines, ditch banks and fields knocked back down to something you can walk on and work with. A good first step when nobody’s touched it in a few seasons.
Hauling & Trucking
Topsoil, dirt, rock, stone and debris hauled in or hauled off. Either way, we get it where it needs to go.

Nothing else starts until the ground is right
Every new house, shop and slab begins the same way: somebody has to take the trees or pre-existing structures off it and make it flat. Get that part wrong and the mistake stays in the ground: water in the crawlspace, a drive that washes out every storm, a pad that settles under the corner of a foundation.
