Lot Clearing
Island and mainland lots cleared to the marked limits, keepers flagged and protected, debris gone the same day where we can.
Land clearing in Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach has two kinds of lots: the island, where everything is tight, elevated and governed by the town, and the mainland, where golf communities like Sea Trail and the neighborhoods off Highway 179 and Sunset Boulevard have infill lots waiting on a house. Both get built on constantly, and both need a contractor who leaves the lot looking finished, not just cleared.
What we do in Sunset Beach
In the planned communities, the neighbors are close and the HOA or architectural committee has a say in what the lot looks like at the end of the day. We clear to the limits, protect the trees that stay, keep the street clean and haul everything off. On the island, the same care goes into getting a machine onto a narrow lot without touching anybody else's property.

A compacted, level pad built to the plan's elevation for piling homes, slabs and crawl spaces.
Lots near the marsh, ponds and golf-course edges hold water. Grading that moves it off the site is where a good build starts.
Taking out the scrub and the leaners while the live oaks, magnolias and good pines stay.
Older cottages and outbuildings down and hauled, lot ready to resell or rebuild.
Fill, stone and debris, in or out, with our own truck.

Questions we get in Sunset Beach
Yes. We work inside Sea Trail and the other planned communities regularly. We clear only to the approved limits, protect the trees the committee wants kept, keep the road clean and haul the debris off so the lot meets the neighborhood's standards when we leave.
We do. Island lots are narrow and elevated, and the Town of Sunset Beach has its own rules, so the work is planned around the lot: the right size machine, a clear path in, and nothing touching the neighbors or the dunes.
Usually some paperwork is involved. The Town handles permits inside the limits, HOA communities add their own approvals, and marsh-edge or waterfront lots can involve CAMA. Give us the address and we will tell you what to expect before anything is scheduled.
Send the address and a rough size, or call. The owner looks at every job himself and you get a real number, not a range.
